What’s included in 1:1 Coaching for Athletes
01 Comprehensive 7-Day Review
To make the most of our time together, before we start, you’ll complete a detailed 7-day overview covering your meals, snacks, training schedule, sleep, energy levels, and supplements. This upfront detail allows me to hit the ground running and make a big impact from day one by fully understanding your commitments and where you’re starting from, while identifying key opportunities for improvement.
02 Deep Dive Initial Session [2 hours]
Once your template is complete, our first session will dive into every aspect of your performance, training, and life. We’ll clarify your goals and set the direction for your coaching program, identifying the key levers to pull for immediate momentum and results. If you’re in Sydney, we can do this session in person, but it can also be done virtually.
03 Fortnightly 45-60 minute consultation sessions
Depending on your location, sessions can be face-to-face, virtual, or a combination. I’m based in Sydney, but we can tailor the format to suit you. Sessions can also be spaced out every 3-4 weeks, depending on your schedule, needs, and requirements.
04 Customised Performance Plan
From the first session, you’ll receive a customised performance plan outlining personalised strategies to help you reach your performance goals. This detailed 7-day plan is tailored to your specific goals and training schedule. I create the plan outside of our session time and send it directly to you, along with a summary of key focus points and any additional videos or resources. Everything is stored in a personalised folder that you can access at any time. The plan will be updated and evolve throughout the coaching program to reflect your progress and new focus areas, serving as your ongoing guide to success. It will adapt as your year progresses (e.g., pre-season vs. in-season), and if you need a competition or game day plan, that’s included as well.
05 Ongoing Accountability
To ensure you feel supported and stay committed to your goals, I’ll check in with you between sessions, keeping you accountable and on track.
06 Unlimited access for Real-Time support
You’ll have unlimited access to me for questions and support whenever you need it (Monday to Friday). This ensures you receive real-time feedback and guidance, helping to drive your success forward throughout the program.
07 Progress Tracking and Monitoring
To track your progress throughout the program, I’ll provide guidance on the most effective testing and monitoring to support your goals. This may include recommended blood tests, gut microbiome testing, DEXA scans, and wearable technology like the Oura ring or Whoop. I may also request relevant data from your team or program, such as athlete management data or body composition metrics (if applicable).
08 Support Materials & Resources
I’ll share resources as needed to support your goals and progress, including checklists, supplement recommendations and protocols, meal delivery suggestions, and more. Everything is stored in your personalised folder, building a unique, tailor-made library of programs, content, and resources that you can access anytime in the future.

What does the cost of working 1:1 look like?
My 1:1 coaching is a high-level, premium service with a monthly retainer ranging between AUD $1750 – $2500. In many cases, if you are a professional athlete (or business owner), these programs can be a tax deduction.
If you’re not looking for an ongoing coaching program, I also offer a 30-day High-Performance Accelerator program. This one-month option includes all the same features and benefits as the full coaching program. Alternatively, I offer strategy sessions at $550 for 60 minutes (please note, this does not include a customised performance or meal plan like the coaching program does). If these are more of interest I still suggest completing the enquiry form and noting that down.
If you opt for a shorter program, we can still achieve impactful results in a focused area, but the depth and ongoing support of a long-term program is where you’ll see the most sustainable, high-performance gains.
Do you offer a cancel-anytime guarantee?
Yes, I offer a cancel-anytime guarantee for athletes on a monthly retainer. While some may hesitate to invest at first, not one has chosen to leave early—in fact, many regret not starting sooner. Most even extend beyond the initial program as they experience the long-term benefits
How do you determine the duration of my program?
I typically offer 3- or 6-month programs for athletes, but in most instances I generally recommend starting with a 6-month commitment to ensure meaningful, lasting results. In some cases, a shorter 3-month program may be suitable, depending on your goals and starting point—such as focusing on a specific part of your year (pre-season or in-season). Every program is customised to your individual needs and goals.
Do you offer speaking sessions for sports teams and organisations?
Yes, I do and I love doing this! I offer both online and in-person sessions, tailored to meet the specific needs of your team.
You should know that I’m a professional speaker with representation through leading speaking bureaus, and my fees reflect this level of expertise.
Given the personalised, high-touch nature of my 1:1 Athlete Coaching Programs, I can only take on a select number of Athletes at one time.
