About Jess
Jess Spendlove has spent a career at the intersection of wellbeing and high performance, helping leaders, high performing teams and organisations turn wellbeing into their performance edge.
An international speaker, coach, advisor and leading performance dietitian, Jess brings over 15 years of experience across corporate leadership, elite sport and the military. She has partnered with organisations including YPO, Airtree, PwC, QBE, Foxtel Media, Coles and the Australian Defence Force, and is an advisor for Monash University’s Corporate Education program. She has also supported hundreds of elite athletes, premiership-winning teams and Olympic medallists.
Jess delivers science-backed strategies that make the complex simple and actionable. Through keynotes, coaching, advisory work and her podcast Stay at the Top, she is shifting the narrative that success should never come at the expense of health, but because of it.
