About Jess

Jessica Spendlove is a leading authority on sustainable performance, wellbeing and nutrition. She is an international keynote speaker, podcast host and advisor.

Her mission is to help people and organisations achieve sustainable success, not at the expense of their health, but because of it. That mission is as personal as it is professional. While she has spent over 15 years inside elite sport, military and corporate environments helping others perform at the highest level, she has also experienced burnout firsthand, which ultimately cost her the thing she values most: her health.

Jessica began her career as a national swimming champion before going on to build and lead performance nutrition programs across seven professional sporting teams. She has worked with Olympic medallists, world champions and the special forces. With a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics, her work now sits at the intersection of science and real-world performance.

Today, she works with organisations including the ADF School of Special Operations, AirTree, YPO, PEXA, and Guzman y Gomez. She is an advisor to the Monash University Corporate Education Program and the host of the Stay at the Top podcast.
