The Nutrition for Basketball e-book was created by leading Advanced Sports Dietitian Jess Spendlove to help athletes in planning, preparing and timing food to support optimal performance in training and games. The author worked with the Sydney Kings Basketball for a total of 5 seasons (2018 – 2021) which included their finals series appearance in the 2019/2020 season. Jess is still currently the Head of Nutrition at the Sydney Kings, overseeing the performance nutrition program.
